i'm thinking about moving this to facebook; i'm gonna call it a good 4 year run and close up shop on march 28th unless i think of a reason why not.

I would support that decision. More people will see this if you move it to fb anyway. I do hope you won't take down the blog, though - I often sift through your archive to find old stuff you've posted. Is there any way to make it more searchable or indexed?
